Shipping and Delivery

At Parts Bash, we do not try to get profit from shipping and don’t offer FALSE-FREE shipping with hidden fees.

We always offer only REAL TIME SHIPPING COST from the leading shipping carriers. Real time shipping cost and time may vary, depending on product size, delivery method or other factors. Please pay close attention to shipping notes next to a product's price, and you'll be up-to-date on all of the shipping factors for your item(s).

In-stock items are usually shipped in 2-3 business days (weekends and holidays are not considered business days). A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific & tracking information will be sent to your email address within 24 hours of an item shipping. Most orders will be shipped UPS, however we do utilize USPS & FedEx as well. Once the item is shipped, please allow an additional 2-5 business days for delivery to your door. Our products are shipped from warehouses across the U.S., exact shipping methods and times will may vary by item. Please note that your items may not be shipped together or arrive at the same time.

Most of the products are drop shipped directly from manufacturers’ warehouses all over U.S. although some products are custom made and require manufacturing time. Please always consult about the manufacturing time with our Product Specialists before placing the order.

We configured and implemented the highly accurate Expected Ship Dates system based on our shipped orders and manufacturing information. If any unexpected delay in shipping occurs, we will notify you with the new ESD by telephone and e-mail and provide you with an opportunity to keep your order, change it to another available product or cancel it for full refund.

The estimated shipping time of your item(s) is available on the Order Status Page next to each item in your order.

LTL Freight Items

Some of the items we sell exceed the size limits for standard ground shipping and must be sent by truck or freight delivery. Although some items with standard ground size may require freight delivery These items are labeled as oversized on their product information page. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery once the item has been shipped. A carrier representative will call you to schedule a convenient time to deliver your item.

Please make sure you provided us with the valid phone number. Otherwise the shipping carrier won’t be able to deliver the package. Someone over the age of 18 may be required to be present to sign for the delivery and ID will be required for verification purposes. If you select an expedited shipping method, please note that this will not reduce the lead time before the order is shipped! Please be aware that your order will be delivered on a Tractor Trailer type vehicle and reasonable access needs to be available for the driver to safely maneuver his vehicle. The driver is only required to deliver your order to the Curb. Inside Delivery is not available for your order. It may also be necessary for someone to assist the Delivery Driver to safely unload your order if a Lift Gate is not available or requested. If Access or Assistance is going to be an issue, you may request to pick up your order at the Freight Companies Loading Dock at no additional charge to you.

Packaging Damage

Please make sure to inspect the Packaging for any signs of damage before you sign POD. In case of any damage that may have affected your item please refuse the shipment and Do Not Sign the Delivery Receipt. Once the order is refused, please contact us promptly at[email protected]or call(800) 49-70-007and speak to one of our Customer Service Specialists so we can complete the claim and process a replacement order.

If the damage to the package is minor and you feel your order has not been affected you can still accept the shipment but make sure to note the delivery receipt with the exact nature of the damage and write on the delivery receipt “Subject to Concealed Damage”.

Concealed Damage

Immediately after receiving the order, open and inspect your item for any signs of “Concealed Damage”. In the event that you encounter any damage contact the carrier immediately to report the damage. The Carrier should be contacted no later than 48 hrs after receipt of the shipment. You will need to retain your copy of the delivery receipt as well as all of the original packaging materials for proper claim documentation. If possible digital photos should also be taken to further support any claims. Once you have contacted the carrier, please contact us promptly at[email protected]or call(800) 49-70-007and speak to one of our Customer Service Specialists so we can complete the claim and process a replacement order.

Freight Confirmation

Some items require special handling and must be checked by Parts Bash prior to shipping. An Parts Bash shipping specialist will contact you by phone to confirm the details of your order.

Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories

In many cases, Parts Bash can ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. Territories. For these orders, simply proceed through checkout as usual. When available, you will receive a shipping cost at checkout.

**Please Note: When we are able to ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. Territories, they will require extra time for delivery and will be charged additional shipping fees. These orders are not eligible for Free Shipping offers.

If you're ordering from any of these areas and do not see a shipping rate after clicking on "Process Order" at checkout, Parts Bash will contact you within 1-2 business days to inform you if the product can be shipped and provide you with the shipping costs. **Your order will not be processed until we have received your emailed approval of the shipping costs.

Shipping Method Explanation

Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.

  • Delivery typically in two to five business days.
  • Delivery by the end of the third business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is placed Tuesday night and is processed/shipped on Wednesday, it would arrive on Monday of the following week.
  • Delivery by the end of the second business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is shipped out on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday. If the order is placed Monday night and ships out on Tuesday, it will arrive on Thursday.
  • Delivery the next business day after an order has shipped. An order that ships out on Thursday with Next-Day delivery would be delivered on Friday. An order shipping out on Friday with Next Day delivery would arrive on Monday.

Shipping Changes

Shipping changes after the order is shipped, such as intercepts, address change, and will call pick-up may be subject to a $10 Service fee per shipment (this is the fee billed to us by the carrier to make the change when in-transit).
